Cloud Rider was the second game that we produced in the 48 Hour Competition. With only 48 hours to produce a fully working game demo we had to come up with something around the key words “Storm”, “Love” and “Giant”.

In Cloud Rider you are Cupid riding his new cloud. You must collect water from the lakes to grow the love plants. When you have love to can populate towns to expand them. The people will worship you if hover over the idols. This will give you lightning powers to scare away the giants and protect the people. It was a complex but fun little idea that really tested our skills and pushed our limits.
